After working with a range of dance companies and tertiary institutions, Tegan has developed a unique choreographic practice that informs these workshops. Using tasks, discussions, and research-based practice, dancers are encouraged to establish creative outcomes that reflect their concerns, interests, identity, place, and perspective on the world. Improvisation is used to discover new movement pathways, often drawing inspiration from the biology of the body to discover movement at a cellular and organic level to connect concepts and ideas through space and time.
